1. Shipping Policy

- Regal Arts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
2. Returns Policy
Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Custom designs and downloadable files are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at electronicsrapido772@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your items.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
